The POCC Industrial Award for 2011
At the 18th Biennial POCC Day
awardee Dr. Ann E. Weber (Merck Research Laboratories)
presented the lecture
JANUVIA® and Beyond: Selective Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV Inhibitors for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes
Earlier in the day, more than 30 posters were presented, from universities and companies from the greater Philadelphia area. From these posters, three were selected for awards: 1st – Danielle Shacklady-McAte (University of Delaware), 2nd – Inji Shin (Univeristy of Pennsylvania) and 3rd – Rosaura Padilla (Univeristy of Pennsylvania).
